Ben’s process revolves around building lasting relationships with both his clients and his candidates. He believes creating and maintaining authentic relationships is key to delivering successful results to his clients.

 

He understands the weight of searching for and securing the right job and strives to ease this process for his candidates with his thorough and compassionate approach.

 

Ben joined Fluid in November 2022, originally as a part of the Dunedin Office. He completed a Bachelor of Arts & Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management and Psychology at the University of Otago.

Life outside the office

Ben’s roots lie in Timaru, having spent the majority of his life in the South Canterbury town. Here his passion for sports and the outdoors developed. During the winter months, you can find Ben following the snow to visit the various ski fields that Te Waipounamu has to offer.
