About

Caleb’s way of doing business revolves around core principles of transparency and respect. He focuses on building genuine relationships with both his clients and candidates to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.

 

He is naturally a strong communicator and prides himself on his ability to listen to his clients and to have an in-depth understanding of their wants and needs. He acts proficiently and methodically when working with his clients to deliver the best candidates for them.

 

Caleb understands the cloud of uncertainty that occur when changing jobs and the various impacts that it has on the lives of the candidates. He is motivated to ensure that his candidates are well-informed and comfortable throughout the recruitment process, so when a decision is made, everybody is confidently delighted.

 

Caleb joined Fluid in March 2022, as a part of the Dunedin Office. He completed a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Environmental Management and minoring in Management in the University of Otago.

Originally from the small town of Oamaru, Caleb understands the change of life to moving somewhere bigger and better. He enjoys exploring the back country of New Zealand spending nights under the stars. He is an avid sports lover playing hockey most weekends, but you can catch him at many sporting events enjoying the spectacle.
