Emeka believes in a collaborative approach with clear communication with both his clients and candidates to produce positive and sustainable outcomes for all parties.

 

Emeka works closely with clients across New Zealand and has proven with his current key clients that a partnership is the best way to improve the recruitment process. Handling direct headhunts or keeping clients updated on new talent coming into their market, Emeka builds trust and a better understanding of how his clients operate and the culture they wish to nurture within their teams. He works closely with his clients to make sure they gain the best of the talent available in the market.

 

He understands the procedure of changing jobs is no light matter and works closely with candidates to make sure they are completely comfortable along every step of the process. He is fully aware that he is working with people on big decisions that will impact their lives and the lives of their loved ones, working closely with candidates to ensure they have as many options as possible so that when a decision is made the candidate is confident they have made the best decision for themselves.

Originally from the UK, Emeka moved over to Aotearoa to study at the University of Otago. He now calls this beautiful country home. In his spare time Emeka keeps himself busy in the gym, on the rugby field, and poorly playing the saxophone.
