James is an Associate Director for Fluid Recruitment and provides recruitment consulting services across ANZ. James has over 19 years of international recruitment experience, working initially for a leading Financial Recruitment agency in London within the Financial Services sector at that time where he gained promotion through the ranks to Senior Manager and established and ran a number of successful teams on behalf of the organisation. He then transferred to Australia as a Managing Consultant as part of the wider international group working across a wide range of clients and industries before joining Fluid Recruitment in 2015.

James’ particular focus areas are across Accountancy, Finance and Major Projects for the North Island of New Zealand and the NSW marketplace in Australia.
