About

Jason uses best practice head-hunting and psychometric techniques to find exceptional talent.

 

Jason works with clients across New Zealand and has exposure to multi-national corporates, small to medium enterprise and the public sector. He operates in close partnership with his clients and uses his understanding of workplace psychology and psychometric behavioural assessment to align cultural fit.

 

Candidate care is paramount for Jason. His relationship-based approach makes him well placed to understand candidates career aspirations and align that with opportunities.  His extensive experience in the commercial sector gives Jason the ability to uncover the hidden job market and opportunities otherwise unavailable.

 

Jason joined Fluid Recruitment in 2017 and quickly developed the government sector and commercial divisions for Fluid. He has a Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a DISC ADVANCED® Accredited Facilitator.

Originally from Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia, Jason enjoys the lifestyle Dunedin has to offer. Father to the Dunedin’s office official mascot and cultural glue, Florence, Jason enjoys spending time with family and perhaps a cheeky Otago Pinot Noir.
