Marlene’s approach to recruitment is centered on strong partnerships, bringing in-depth knowledge and understanding of the sector.

For over 10 years she has been effectively sourcing senior finance, corporate & strategy professionals across the private, commercial, and public sector, predominantly in Otago / Southland as well as throughout the South Island, offering a dedicated and values-based approach to recruitment.

She has built long standing industry connections that enable quality connections and referral opportunities, ensuring she is able to deliver– even in a tight or narrow candidate market.

For candidates Marlene understands her role is much broader than finding roles – it’s all about finding the right role for the individual, which means a cultural fit, an aligned mentor, as well as a business that supports their career aspirations in the long run.
